OUR COVID-19 SAFETY PLAN

The safety of our patients and team members are of utmost importance to us, so we have developed a COVID-19 safety plan and implemented new policies and protocols to make our office a safe environment for everyone.

Pre-Screening

All patients will be pre-screened by email or phone 24 hours prior to their appointment. If you have symptoms of being sick or have been in contact with an individual who is sick you will be asked to reschedule your booking.

In Office

Upon arrival, patients are asked to call our office for further instructions. We kindly ask you to wait outside or in your car if you are early and we will let you know once we are ready to safely see you. We strongly advise the patient to enter alone, although one caregiver/guardian is permitted if necessary. Patients are asked to wear a mask or face covering when entering our office and will be asked to sanitize their hands immediately upon entry. Patients will then be asked to fill out a screening questionnaire and have their temperature taken with an infrared thermometer.

Physical Distancing and Sanitization

To maintain physical distancing, we have limited the number of people allowed in the office at any given time. In our waiting area, we leave the minimum number of chairs for seating and manage the number of patients present. Our team members will wipe down all surfaces and touchpoints with an approved cleaner after each patient as well.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Barriers, and Air Purification

During appointments, our team members wear enhanced personal protective equipment (PPE). Our office has taken additional safety measures by installing plexiglass barriers at our reception desk, as well as 4 medical grade air purifiers throughout the office.

Our Team

All team members have been trained in and are familiar with the new policies and protocols. The same screening protocols for our patients also apply to our staff. All team members will perform self-assessments of their own personal health on a daily basis by filling out a screening form and getting temperature checks before starting work.
